In addition to long-term strength, its durability (compressive and adhesive strength) is reliable over the long term because it is based on cement. There are no phenomena such as water floating, shelf dropping, or material separation. It has excellent non-shrink properties, making it ideal as a grout material. It has excellent fluidity, good filling properties, and can be filled without any voids. The surface finish with a trowel is also good. Since it is a pre-mixed mortar, there is no hassle of mixing on site or risk of formulation errors. Simply add water and mix to complete the work easily and quickly.
